Weekend Itinerary

Here is what you can expect at one of our retreats.

FRIDAY

When you arrive at 4:20 pm, you will be assigned your bedroom and can settle in. We will have a happy hour and our "mood bar" ready for you to unwind upon arrival. You'll be able to get to know our other guests while you enjoy our cannabis pairings and appetizers.

Our in-person chef will serve our dinner, who will complement the chakras we are working on over the weekend. 

We'll enjoy s'mores by the fire, games to get to know each other better, or dips in the pool or hot tub.

We end the night with a sound bowl healing activity to unwind before bed. The vibrational frequencies of sound healing instruments can move through the body's skin, fluid, and bones, creating complete body relaxation and recalibration down to the level of the cellular structure. We will pair this activity with an indica-based product for optimum effect.

SATURDAY

We will start our day with contrast bath therapy alternating between hot and cold water. We will soak in the hot tub for 5-10 minutes and then take turns using the cold plunge bath for 30-45 seconds. We will repeat this cycle for 20-30 minutes. This process has been proven to help with inflammation, enhance your sleep, relieve depression, and provide an overall sense of well-being. We will pair this activity with a cannabis product to maximize results.

Our activities throughout the day (hiking, swimming, stretching, etc) and inside (journaling, tarot reading, massage, yoga, etc.) will be focused on the chakras we are working on. You will receive the cannabis recommendations that we have based on each activity. The goal during this day is to weave activities with downtime so you can relax and enjoy yourself meeting with the other guests. 

We will serve a hearty breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks throughout the day. Your belly will be happy and full. 

We typically do a fun activity such as karaoke at night, so get your favorite song ready. 

SUNDAY

Wake up early to enjoy a morning meditation. The practitioner will use sound bowls to enhance the moment and get you in the right space to leave our glorious weekend.

All good things must come to an end. We'll check out by 10 am after eating our continental breakfast and enjoying the last moments of our retreat. 

Prepare For Your Trip

We will provide a detailed itinerary and recommend what to bring before the trip. Everything will be taken care of with snacks, cannabis (think of it as an all-you-can-eat bar), bongs, bowls, lighters, etc. You’re in good hands. Please know that this is a safe space. We won’t take pictures of you unless you’re okay with it. If you’re a newbie, you’re welcome. If you’re a cannabis considers, you’re welcome. It’s a weekend to relax, reflect and recharge.
